Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from targeted lists provided by the company.

Introduce products or services to potential clients and articulate their features and benefits effectively.

Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers by providing personalized attention and addressing their inquiries or concerns.

Identify and qualify sales opportunities through active listening and probing questions.

Utilize scripts or sales pitches provided by the company, adapting them as necessary to suit the needs of each prospect.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals to nurture them into sales opportunities.

Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales management team.

Record all relevant customer information, interactions, and sales activities accurately in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall sales performance.

Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.

Adhere to company policies and compliance regulations while conducting sales calls and handling customer data.
