We are seeking a dedicated Tele Counselor with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Andheri West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively over the phone to provide guidance and support to clients. This is a full-time, office-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Interaction**: Engage with clients through phone calls, listen to their concerns, and provide appropriate support and guidance.

2. **Information Sharing**: Explain program details, services, and procedures to clients clearly, ensuring they understand their options and next steps.

3. **Follow-Up**: Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to help them stay on track with their goals.

4. **Data Management**: Keep accurate records of all client interactions and update the database with relevant information to ensure smooth communication within the team.

5. **Coordination with Team**: Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and improve client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should be a female with a minimum of a 12th-grade educational qualification. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to empathize and build rapport over the phone. Candidates should demonstrate excellent listening skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism. Proficiency in computer usage and basic knowledge of data entry is also expected.
