Job Title: Tele-Collection Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments.

- Follow up on overdue EMIs, loans, or other outstanding dues as assigned.

- Explain payment details and encourage timely repayment.

- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

- Update customer information and call records accurately.

- Maintain professional communication and report daily performance to the team leader.

Requirements:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good Telugu communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.
