Roles and Responsibilities

Regularly follow up for lead generations through Tele-calling

Making outbound calls to explain our product features and how to utilise them to the best extent, while resolving customer

Pitch to customers for loans though calling

Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members

Provide calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc

Appropriately communicate brand identity requirements

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address them

Should be very confident and presentable

Good communication skills

Basic computer Knowledge

Good interpersonal skill

Handling customer queries over phone

Explaining about loan scheme and policies

Explaining the details regarding loan types
