Tele Calling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Regularly follow up for lead generations through Tele-calling

• Making outbound calls to explain our product features and how to utilise them to the best extent, while resolving customer

• Pitch to customers for loans though calling

• Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members

• Provide calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc

• Appropriately communicate brand identity requirements

• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address them

• Should be very confident and presentable

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer Knowledge

• Good interpersonal skill

• Handling customer queries over phone

• Explaining about loan scheme and policies

• Explaining the details regarding loan types
