we are looking for 4-5 confident, self-motivated, accountable individuals, preferable living around panvel area, wanting to make a mark in the residential real estate market. the role is to become part of a dynamic sales team and drive business through all-round sales verticals.

detailed job description:-

✅ handling telesales inbound & outbound calls, call prospective clients, and explain the products.

✅ making follow-up calls and fixing appointments for the site visits.

✅ handling customer queries related to our real estate projects.

✅ should give the detail information about the projects to the clients over the telephone.

✅ experience in tele marketing to call the customer explain the project features

✅ follow-ups must be done in a timely & able to generate sales

✅ the person will be required to make a minimum number of phone calls every day.

✅ calling new & existing clients (lead generation)

✅ explain different advertising packages to clients

✅ maintain client database

✅ maintain good client relation

requirements:-

♦ should be self-motivated & target oriented

♦ a minimum of 2-year experience is required

♦ good communication skills

♦ willing to work on sundays (fixed weekday weekly off will be provided)

♦ should be experienced and well-versed in the real estate market

♦ preferably living around new panvel area
