Position: Tele Caller

Location: Mohali, Chandigarh, Zirakpur

Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Information: Deliver comprehensive details on our products, services, and special offers to potential and existing customers.

Handle Calls: Manage both inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Customer Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and concerns to provide tailored solutions.

Query Resolution: Proactively solve customer queries over the phone, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Full-Time Role: This is a full-time position, requiring dedication to customer support and telecalling activities.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, Punjabi.

Previous experience in the education industry is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Proven track record in telecalling or customer support roles.
