We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller to join our team in Pune. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers and providing information about our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outbound Calls:** Contact potential customers to introduce our products and services, aiming to generate leads and sales opportunities.

- **Maintain Call Records:** Keep detailed notes of each call, including customer feedback and responses, to help improve our services and reach out effectively in the future.

- **Respond to Customer Queries:** Address any questions or concerns raised by customers during the calls, ensuring they have a clear understanding of what we offer.

- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Work towards set sales goals by effectively communicating the benefits of our products, encouraging potential customers to make a purchase.

- **Follow Up:** Regularly follow up with leads and customers on previous interactions to nurture relationships and encourage conversion.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should be a female who has completed at least the 12th grade and has a keen interest in sales. A positive attitude, good verbal communication skills, and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role. You should be able to handle rejection gracefully and possess the ability to motivate yourself and others. Additionally, being organized and detail-oriented is important to maintain accurate records and meet sales targets. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not necessary for candidates with the right attitude and eagerness to learn.
