Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our growing digital marketing team in Janakpuri. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, and a passion for interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain our digital marketing services (SEO, social media, lead generation, etc.)

Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through various platforms

Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team

Maintain proper call records and update the CRM system

Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets

Handle client queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Education: 12th pass or Graduate in any stream

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi and English

Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus (not mandatory)

Ability to work under targets and deadlines
