Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Acquire new customers through inbound calls, outbound calling, or email.
€¢ Understanding customer needs and answering their queries related to products or services.
€¢ Work with other support departments of the organization to close more pendency.
€¢ Connecting with prospective customers through their preferred means of communication.
€¢ Explain the features and benefits of the products and services to a prospect.
€¢ Follow the tele calling script to deliver the perfect pitch while talking to a prospect.
€¢ Finding new sales opportunities via inbound calls, outbound calls and email
€¢ Calling your existing as well as prospective clients to encourage purchases
€¢ Explaining the benefits of the company€™s products/ services to your potential clients
€¢ Addressing concerns, uncertainties and suggestions of your customers and clients on time
€¢ Making note of important details for every conversation
€¢ Keeping a recording of every attempt to close sales, both successful and unsuccessful, MIS as well
€¢ Maintaining the business database by entering, verifying and backing up relevant data
€¢ Product Supports (Verbally/Written/Practical)- Biometric device, Micro ATM, Android POS, Payment Gateway etc.
€¢ Providing Demo or training to the executives or clients
