Process Associate - Calling ( Male or Female with experience or freshers )

Role and Responsibility:

➢ Contact customers by phone to collect overdue payments.

➢ Research customer accounts to identify the best contact information and payment options

➢ Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.

➢ Follow up with customers to ensure they are making payments on time.

Required skills:

➢ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

➢ Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

➢ Additional certifications in collection would be an added advantage
