Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Female Telecaller with a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, explaining project details, and setting appointments for site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data/leads.

• Provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Maintain call logs and follow up with interested leads.

• Achieve weekly and monthly calling targets.

• Maintain a strong database of leads and update CRM regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of telecalling/telesales experience (Real estate experience preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Female candidates only.

• Fluency in English and Hindi language.

• Persuasive and goal-oriented attitude.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a real estate firm is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
