**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Data Entry:** Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our database to ensure follow-up and future reference.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and share insights with the management team.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members to meet daily and weekly targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
