Contact drivers after registration and guide them through the onboarding process.

Assist drivers in uploading documents and completing profile verification.

Follow up with drivers to ensure they come online and actively accept trips.

Provide support to drivers facing issues with the mobile application.

Educate drivers about platform features, incentives, earnings, and best practices.

Maintain regular communication with active and inactive drivers.

Resolve driver queries and escalate technical issues to the concerned team when required.

Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and follow-up activities.
