Key Responsibilities:Calling KRA:
€¢ Search and collect contact details (Email ID, Contact No., Full Address) of hotels/duty managers via Google or hotel websites.
€¢ Communicate via phone and email with hotels/duty managers to share customer details and request invoices.
€¢ Follow up consistently through calls and emails for pending invoices.
€¢ Clearly communicate requirements and resolve queries to ensure timely invoice receipt.
€¢ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for invoice collections.
€¢ Maintain accurate logs of calls and interactions in the MIS system.
€¢ Coordinate with the internal hotel team to align strategies for improved conversion.
€¢ Share constructive feedback with internal teams for service and process improvement.
€¢ Handle basic hotel service-related follow-ups when necessary.
Invoice Quality Check (QC) KRA:
Verify each collected invoice based on the following parameters:
€¢ Traveller and co-traveller name(s)
€¢ Check-in and check-out dates
€¢ Total duration of stay
€¢ Number of accompanying family members
€¢ Invoice amount
€¢ GST amount
€¢ Full company name as per Cleartrip records
€¢ Correct Cleartrip GST number
€¢ Invoice must only reflect stay-related expenses
€¢ PNR number, if applicable
Key Skills & Competencies:
€¢ Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
€¢ Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
€¢ Ability to stay positive and productive under pressure
€¢ Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
€¢ Strong attention to detail and good listening skills
€¢ Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages (as applicable)
Qualifications & Experience:
€¢ Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
€¢ 0€“2 years of experience in hospitality, telesales, telecalling, or outbound calling
€¢ Experience in BPO, EdTech, or service-oriented sectors will be an added advantage
