- Input and update customer information in Microsoft Excel: You will need to accurately input and update customer details, feedback, and interactions in Microsoft Excel for record-keeping and analysis purposes.
- Follow up with customers via phone calls: It is important to follow up with customers to build relationships, address any concerns or issues, and secure sales or appointments.
