Hiring Fresher / Telecaller / 12th Pass

As a Tele Caller, your main responsibility will be to engage with customers regarding various types of loans, including car loans, home loans, personal loans, and business loans. You will call potential clients to understand their loan requirements and assist them in organizing necessary documents based on their specific loan types. Good communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information and guiding customers through the loan process.

In this role, you will be expected to log customer loan requirements accurately and maintain organized records of all interactions. You will work from the office located in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, and cooperate with your team to achieve sales goals.

Ideal candidates for this position will possess strong verbal communication skills and have a basic understanding of loan products. As this is a full-time position, you should be prepared to work during standard office hours. There are no specific travel or physical requirements for this role, and a mobile device will be needed for making calls.
