12th-pass (hsc) with minimum 6 months of telecalling/customer support experience
a bachelor’s degree in science is preferred
experience: freshers are welcome (graduates), hsc candidates should have at least 6 months relevant experience

hindi/english: 3 agents
tamil: 8 agents
malayalam: 2 agents
kannada: 2 agents
languages required
excellent reading, writing & speaking skills in the assigned language and basic to intermediate english and hindi
🧩 key responsibilities
handle inbound and outbound calls regarding medical test inquiries
provide accurate information about tests, packages, and procedures
assist customers in scheduling and confirming diagnostic appointments
maintain and update call logs and appointment details in crm/scheduling system
follow-up with customers to ensure appointment attendance and feedback
uphold confidentiality and data protection protocols in line with healthcare regulations
🕒 shift timings & work schedule
shifts available:
9:00 am – 6:00 pm
10:00 am – 7:00 pm
11:00 am – 8:00 pm
weekly off: 1 rotational day off per week
compensation
salary: up to ₹16,000 per month (in-hand)
incentives: performance-based incentives may apply
