About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Tele-caller / Senior Counsellor (HOD) to lead our counselling and tele-calling team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to guide students/customers, and strong leadership qualities to manage day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students/clients about courses or services.
Lead and manage the tele-calling/counselling team to achieve monthly targets.
Conduct counselling sessions, explain offerings, and convert enquiries into admissions/registrations.
Train new counsellors and monitor their performance.
Maintain databases, follow-up records, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with management to plan strategies for lead conversion.
Ensure high-quality customer service and professional communication at all times.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling and negotiation abilities.
Leadership and team management experience.
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in any field.
Minimum 2 years of tele-calling or counselling experience (senior role preferred).
