Job Description: Tele-Caller / Senior Counsellor (HOD)Location: Phase 11, Mohali (Near More Supermarket)Job Type: Full-timeExperience: 25 years (Tele-calling / Counselling / Team Handling)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Tele-caller / Senior Counsellor (HOD) to lead our counselling and tele-calling team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to guide students/customers, and strong leadership qualities to manage day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students/clients about courses or services.Lead and manage the tele-calling/counselling team to achieve monthly targets.Conduct counselling sessions, explain offerings, and convert enquiries into admissions/registrations.Train new counsellors and monitor their performance.Maintain databases, follow-up records, and MIS reports.Coordinate with management to plan strategies for lead conversion.Ensure high-quality customer service and professional communication at all times.Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong counselling and negotiation abilities.Leadership and team management experience.Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).QualificationsGraduate / Postgraduate in any field.Minimum 2 years of tele-calling or counselling experience (senior role preferred).SalaryCompetitive salary based on experience + incentives.Work LocationPhase 11, Mohali Near More Supermarket
