Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, handle inquiries, and support sales or customer relationship objectives.

Key Responsibilities

> Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services.

> Maintain records of calls and update customer details in CRM systems.

> Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

> Resolve customer queries courteously and escalate issues when needed.

> Support overall sales and marketing team initiatives.

Requirements

>10th or 12th pass

> Good communication skills in Kannada

> Basic computer knowledge to update records.
