key responsibilities

> make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services.

> maintain records of calls and update customer details in crm systems.

> achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

> resolve customer queries courteously and escalate issues when needed.

> support overall sales and marketing team initiatives.
