Job Title: Telecaller Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our team. Your role is to connect with potential customers, understand their property needs, and generate leads for site visits and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.

Explain real estate projects, offers, and investment opportunities clearly and confidently.

Fix appointments and schedule site visits for the sales team.

Follow up on leads and maintain records.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident in speaking Hindi and basic English.

Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (training will be provided).

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

Experience in telecalling/sales/customer service is a bonus.
