We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell loan products (such as personal loans, home loans, or business loans) over the phone to potential customers. As a key part of our sales process, the telecaller will serve as the first point of contact, introducing our loan services and helping customers make informed decisions based on their financial needs.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in loan sales or financial services.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
