We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller to join our team in Janakpuri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing information about our products and services. This full-time position requires working from the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outbound Calls:** Contact potential customers to introduce them to our products and services, aiming to generate interest and inquiries.

- **Gather Customer Information:** Collect and record information provided by customers to update our database and track leads efficiently.

- **Provide Product Knowledge:** Clearly explain product features and benefits, helping customers understand how our offerings can meet their needs.

- **Handle Customer Inquiries:** Address questions or concerns from customers, ensuring that they receive accurate information in a friendly and professional manner.

- **Follow-Up:** Regularly follow up with potential leads to assess their interest and encourage them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.

- **Maintain Records:** Keep detailed records of calls made, customer interactions, and feedback to help improve sales strategies.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to speak clearly and confidently over the phone. Basic computer knowledge is expected to manage calls and update customer information effectively. A friendly demeanor and ability to build rapport with customers are essential.
