Connect with patients/families with hearing implants to invite them to an upcoming event.
Communicate effectively in Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, and English.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of calls and responses.
Requirements:
Fluency in Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, etc
Proven experience in telecalling or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to empathize and connect with patients and their families.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Timings: 11 am to 8 pm
