Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential and existing customers to introduce products and services, ensuring clear communication and engagement.

- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and concerns with patience and clarity, maintaining a professional demeanor throughout the conversation.

- Maintain Call Records: Document details of each interaction accurately in our system, ensuring all information is up-to-date for future reference.

- Assist in Sales: Encourage customers to purchase products by explaining features and benefits, and guiding them through the buying process.

- Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to customers to gather feedback, build relationships, and promote future offers, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
