We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential clients and customers, providing information about our products and services, and generating leads.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Making Outbound Calls:** Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our offerings, addressing any queries they may have.

- **Handling Customer Inquiries:** Provide accurate information and assistance to customers through phone calls, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.

- **Lead Generation:** Identify and qualify potential leads by collecting essential information during calls, assisting in the sales process.

- **Data Entry and Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in our database, ensuring follow-ups are tracked properly.

- **Meeting Targets:** Work towards achieving monthly call and sales targets, demonstrating commitment to individual and team goals.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

A successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and engage with clients effectively. They should be friendly and approachable, creating a positive experience for customers. Previous experience in telecalling or customer service will be beneficial but is not mandatory. Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry are essential. Additionally, candidates should be able to work well under pressure and demonstrate good time management skills. This full-time position requires a commitment to work from our office in Ranchi.
