Urgent Requirement For Tele Caller (Only Females)

As a Tele Caller, your main responsibility will be to communicate with potential customers and provide them with information about our products or services. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Incoming Calls: You will answer calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance as needed. This includes understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.

- Initiate Outgoing Calls: You will make cold calls to potential clients to introduce our offerings, thus helping to generate new leads and sales opportunities.

- Maintain Records: Keeping accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions is essential. You will input this information into the database to help track customer responses and follow-ups.

- Follow Up on Leads: After initial contact, you will follow up with potential customers to nurture leads, ensuring they remain engaged and informed about our services.

- Work with Team: Collaborating with other team members to meet sales targets and improve calling strategies will be crucial for success in this role.

To succeed in this position, you should have excellent verbal communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to handle rejections gracefully. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is required, along with a high school diploma.
