Hiring Fresher Tele Caller (Female)

We are looking for a friendly and confident female Telecaller to join our team at JD Aesthetic Elite Clinic. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle patient/customer calls professionally.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls

Explain clinic services and offers to patients/customers

Schedule and confirm appointments

Follow up with leads and existing clients

Maintain call records and customer details

Coordinate with clinic staff for appointments and enquiries

Requirements

Female candidates preferred

Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English

Friendly and polite speaking skills

Basic computer knowledge

Previous telecalling/customer support experience is an added advantage
