We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, extremely articulate and well-spoken person, a person who has tremendous phone skills and has the ability to close phone appointments, deals and sales, with ease.

**JOB ROLE**

- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.

- Pitch clients residential projects & arrange a site visit.

- Engage with prospects to understand their real estate needs and assess their level of interest.

- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the companys products and services

- Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.

- Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.

- Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.

- Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.

**SKILLS Required**

- Efficient with English.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant, persuasive telephone manner

- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

** Working**

- MONDAY - SATURDAY

- 9 am - 6 pm
