we are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, extremely articulate and well-spoken person, a person who has tremendous phone skills and has the ability to close phone appointments, deals and sales, with ease.

**job role**

- contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.

- pitch clients residential projects & arrange a site visit.

- engage with prospects to understand their real estate needs and assess their level of interest.

- identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services

- build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.

- conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.

- keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.

- prior experience as a telecaller or similar.

- efficient with english.

- excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant, persuasive telephone manner

- goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
