We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, extremely articulate and well-spoken person, a person who has tremendous phone skills and has the ability to close phone appointments, deals and sales, with ease.**JOB ROLE**- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.- Pitch clients residential projects & arrange a site visit.- Engage with prospects to understand their real estate needs and assess their level of interest.- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the companys products and services- Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.- Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.- Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.- Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.**SKILLS Required**- Efficient with English.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant, persuasive telephone manner- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.** Working** - MONDAY - SATURDAY - 9 am - 6 pm ** Incentives Applicable depending on experience and personal skills ** ** ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES APPLY **
