Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound/inbound calls to prospective clients/customers.
Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer queries.
Maintain call records and update data in Excel and company systems.
Follow communication scripts and ensure a professional tone.
Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and task closures.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.
Basic computer skills with good knowledge of Excel.
Ability to use ChatGPT or similar AI tools for drafting messages, emails, or responses.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Active, smart, and confident personality.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

6 days working (Day Shift)
Working Hours : 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM
