handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic clients

provide excellent customer service and support

resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

qualifications:

previous experience in a customer service role

excellent communication skills

strong problem-solving abilities

ability to work well in a team environment

experience:
