Tele-caller

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Franchise Brigade located in Bengaluru. The Telecaller will be responsible for making cold calls, following up on warm leads, booking appointments with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. The Telecaller will work closely with the sales team and report to the Sales Manager.

Experience- 1+years

Languages: English/Hindi and Kannada/Telegu/Tamil/Malayalam

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software

Ability to learn about our products and services quickly, and articulate the benefits to potential clients

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
