Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This is a full-time position, and freshers as well as candidates with up to 4 years of experience are welcome to apply. A minimum educational requirement is 12th pass.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Making Calls:** You will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential customers to promote our products or services, ensuring clarity in communication and professionalism.

- **Customer Engagement:** Engage with customers by addressing their queries and providing information that meets their needs, helping to build a positive rapport.

- **Data Entry:** Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in our database to help maintain accurate records for future reference.

- **Meeting Targets:** Work towards achieving daily and monthly call targets set by the management, contributing to the overall sales goals of the team.

- **Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-ups with potential customers to encourage them to make a purchase or inquire further about our offerings.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers.

- A friendly and confident attitude, along with active listening skills, to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.

- Basic computer skills for data entry and using communication tools effectively.

- Ability to work in a team environment while also being self-motivated to meet individual goals.

- Time management skills to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently while adhering to set targets.
