we are seeking a proactive and confident telecaller to join our team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to cold and warm leads, pitching our services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. you will play a key role in lead generation and client outreach.
key responsibilities:
make outbound calls to potential leads from databases or online inquiries
introduce the company’s services (google ads, facebook ads, website development, etc.)
qualify leads and understand client requirements
maintain daily call logs and update lead status in crm
fix meetings and follow-up calls for the sales or ppc team
achieve weekly and monthly call and lead targets
share basic information about services and handle initial objections politely
requirements:
6 month of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service
strong verbal communication skills in hindi and english
confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers
basic understanding of sales
goal-oriented and comfortable working with targets
familiarity with ms excel or crm tools is desirable
