We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads or sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

Introduce our products/services to customers over the phone.

Follow scripts and guidelines for effective communication.

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and interests.

Provide accurate information about our products/services and address any questions or concerns customers may have.

Maintain a database of customer information and call records.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation or sales.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.

Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or meetings with interested customers.

Keep abreast of product/service updates and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.

Ability to engage customers in conversation and build rapport.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
