About the Role

Agaram Biotech is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to connect with farmers, dealers, and potential customers, introduce our agricultural and organic products, generate leads, and support sales activities through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to farmers, dealers, distributors, and prospective customers.

Explain Agaram Biotech products, their applications, benefits, and usage.

Generate and follow up on sales leads through telephone calls.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.

Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.

Coordinate with the sales team for customer visits, product enquiries, and order requirements.

Handle customer questions professionally and escalate technical queries when required.

Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers for repeat orders.

Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

Good Tamil communication skills; basic English communication is an advantage.

Confident, polite, and persuasive communication style.

Ability to speak comfortably with farmers and customers over the phone.

Basic computer/mobile application knowledge.

Previous telecalling, sales, agricultural-input, or customer-service experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.

Willingness to learn about agricultural products and their applications.
