Job description:

1. Lead the creation of recruiting and interviewing for each open position.

2. Create job descriptions.

3. fill open positions.

4. Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

5. Develop a pool of qualified candidates for future recruitment

6. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment

7. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

8. Conduct prescreening interviews.

9. Orientation & Joining & Exit Formalities:

Making & Issuing Offer Letter; Appointment Letter; Transfer Letters; Termination Letters, etc.

10. Taking Exit Interviews & Exit Formalities.

11. HR Induction & Staff Introduction.

12. Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data

13. Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.

14. Preparing and sending offer packages.

15. Ability to headhunt and good networking skills

16. Posting Jobs and Good knowledge of handling all the job portals (Monster, Times jobs, Naukri)
