US based collection process,

Shift Time - 5:30 PM to 10 AM (night shift)

Week Off - 5 days working 2 days week off (Rotational)

6th day can be mandatory working as per business requirement - paid separately for it

Education - HSC minimum

Experience -Fresher and Experience (BPO and non BPO) both can apply

Salary - Fresher - /- (15+2+1), Non BPO experience - /- (17+2+1), BPO CS /-(18+2+1), BPO sales, retention, collection exp - (20+2+1), collection experience over 1 year upto /- (25+2+1) post approval.

Lead generation process,

Shift Time - 24/5

Week Off - 2 Fixed week off Sat/Sun
