we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven telecaller executive to join our enthusiastic team. the telecaller executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing them to our products/services, and driving sales. as the first point of contact between our company and our customers, the telecaller executive plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

outbound calling: place outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, and follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.

customer engagement: engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, build rapport, and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.

product knowledge: develop a deep understanding of our products/services and stay updated on product features and benefits to effectively answer customer queries and address concerns.

sales target achievement: meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets by persuading customers to make a purchase and providing them with exceptional customer service.

lead management: manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

feedback collection: gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products/services and enhance the overall customer experience.

qualifications:

high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
