Need International Voice Technician:
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, escalating issues as necessary.
Document customer interactions and issue resolution.
Stay up to date with the latest product knowledge, including updates and new features, to effectively assist customers.
Provide customers with clear and concise information, advice, and solutions. Continuously strive to improve the customer support experience and process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues. Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.
