Need International Voice Technician:
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, escalating issues as necessary.
• Document customer interactions and issue resolution.
• Stay up to date with the latest product knowledge, including updates and new features, to effectively assist customers.
• Provide customers with clear and concise information, advice, and solutions. • Continuously strive to improve the customer support experience and process. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues. • Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.
