Minimum Qualification Graduate and above

Experience Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience supporting Windows OR Popular desktop/server operating systems

Commitment 1 Year minimum

Notice Period Immediate joiners preferred, 1 month notice period

Certification / Training Candidates trained at relevant technologies will be preferred.

Knowledge of Networking, AD, DNS, DHCP VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and GPO.

Knowledge of Outlook / Office365 / Onedrive configuration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, client relation skills, including technical writing and documentation, are critical.

Excellent listening skills.
