Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT services company on a platform like Upwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying and targeting potential clients for IT services on the platform

- Developing and implementing strategies to promote our IT services and drive new business

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure successful delivery of projects

- Keeping up to date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and maximize opportunities

- Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in IT services

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

- Proficient in using Upwork platform for bidding and communication with clients

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the project needs.
