we are seeking a highly motivated business development executive (bde) to join our it services company on a platform like upwork. the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

key responsibilities:

- identifying and targeting potential clients for it services on the platform

- developing and implementing strategies to promote our it services and drive new business

- building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

- collaborating with the operations team to ensure successful delivery of projects

- keeping up to date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and maximize opportunities

- managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals

- meeting and exceeding sales targets and kpis

requirements:

- bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- proven track record of success in b2b sales, preferably in it services

- strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- ability to work independently and as part of a team

- proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

- proficient in using upwork platform for bidding and communication with clients

- strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

- willingness to work flexible hours as required by the project needs.
