we are seeking a motivated and dynamic technical sales engineer to join our team. the role involves combining technical expertise with sales skills to provide solutions, grow the client base, and drive revenue.
responsibilities:
sales & client management: identify and develop new business opportunities in b2b and b2c markets.
build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their technical requirements.
technical support: offer technical advice and support to customers during and after the sales process.
collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for complex requirements.
market research: analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
provide feedback to the product development team for improvements and innovations.
sales targets & reporting: achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the specified time frame.
prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation.
coordination: work closely with internal teams, including design, operations, and after-sales, to ensure customer satisfaction.
participate in technical training, trade shows, and industry events to enhance knowledge and network.
qualifications:
education: bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, electronics, or related fields) or equivalent technical background.
experience: 0 - 5 years in technical sales or a related field (freshers with strong potential are welcome).
