Requirements:

3+ years in a Project Management role

Must have a background in programming

If the candidate has experience in WordPress then they should have knowledge of theme development and plugin integration and development

If the candidate has experience in Web Development then they should have knowledge of any one technology (ReactJs, NodeJS and PHP).

If the candidate has experience in Mobile development then they should have knowledge of any one technology(iOS, Android, ReactNative and Flutter)

They should have knowledge of anyone Database (MongoDB, MySQL, SQL)

They should have knowledge of API development and Integration

They should have knowledge of any one (Gitlab, GitHub, BitBucket, SVN).

They should have knowledge of any one payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, , etc).

Experience in starting projects from scratch.

Strong understanding of debugging and quality control process

Critical thinking & problem-solving

Ability to motivate people

Analytical and detail-oriented

Fluent in English

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong leadership ability, challenging his/her structure for the best resultsExcellent presentation, organization, time management, and cross-department communication skills

Knowledge of Project Management tools and frameworks

Ability to quickly adapt to changes and work effectively under pressure

Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.

Outstanding management skills (experience working with local and remote teams). Experience in managing large teams
