Job Summary:

As a Tech Lead - Full Stack (MERN), you will be at the forefront of our web development team, leading the

charge in creating and implementing cutting-edge applications using the MERN stack. You will be

responsible for mentoring team members, ensuring best practices, and delivering robust software solutions

that meet our business goals.

Roles and responsibilities:

— Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by

adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

— Responsible for key technical and product decisions.

— The candidate should be hands-on in codingWork closely with the Product Manager and clients and

help them in getting relevant inputs from the engineering team.

— Talk to the management, production, and marketing employees to discuss project specifications and

procedures.

— Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration

of technical activities.

— Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

— Manage the context in which team members operate, including Representing the team in planning

meetings.

— Maintain a strong and up-to-date understanding of the challenges and opportunities your team is facing

building and deploying software.

— Participate in the hiring and onboarding of engineers.

— Oversee the design and development of web applications using the MERN stack.

— Ensure the implementation of best practices and coding standards.

— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements

Skills Required:

— Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

— Proven experience as a full stack developer with a focus on the MERN stack.

— Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role.

— Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

— Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
