Troubleshoot regarding any technical queries to US & Canada Clients.
Should have knowledge of WINXP, WIN7, WIN8 & windows 10.
Able to take Desktop Remote Access from the client.
Troubleshoot issues related to software, printer, email, Router & Extender configure.
