Taking inbound calls with computer issues and resolving customer issues.Troubleshoot regarding any technical queries to US & Canada Clients.Should have knowledge of WINXP, WIN7, WIN8 & windows 10.Able to take Desktop Remote Access from the client.Troubleshoot issues related to software, printer, email, Router & Extender configure.Skills & CompetenciesOperating Systems Windows 8, Windows 10Applications MS-office, Desktop and Server related applicationsInfrastructure Good Experience on Support of Desktop Environment is mandatory; Basic Concept and understanding of Networks; Knowledge on Network Printers, Wireless, Mailing Solution is must.Should have experience in Domain EnvironmentKnowledgeMust have sufficient knowledge of Basic Network ComponentsMust have working knowledge & exposure of customer handlingKnowledge of Server operating systems and its functioning.Should have mindset and attitude to serve and support customers and be a great team spirit
