Job Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer with a strong background in app, web, and software development to join our IT company. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating high-quality technical content, including user manuals, white papers, technical guides, and blog posts, while ensuring SEO optimization and content accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit technical content, including white papers, case studies, eBooks, blog posts, technical guides, and documentation, with a focus on app, web, and software development.

Research: Conduct thorough research on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development to create insightful and engaging content.

SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to ensure content ranks well on search engines and aligns with the latest SEO guidelines.

Collaboration: Work closely with developers, engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to understand software architecture, development processes, and technical concepts.

Content Strategy: Assist in the planning and execution of content strategies to support the company's goals and branding.

Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all technical content is clear, grammatically correct, and technically accurate, maintaining consistency with the company€™s style and quality standards.

Content Management: Regularly update existing content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with evolving IT and software industry trends.

User Manuals and Documentation: Develop and maintain user manuals, API documentation, help guides, and software product documentation.

Technical Reviews: Participate in technical reviews to verify content accuracy and clarity.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to software, web, and app development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor€™s degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the IT industry.

Strong understanding of app, web, and software development concepts, frameworks, and best practices.

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience in optimizing technical content.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced IT environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information for a diverse audience.
