Roles & Responsibilities:

- Need to play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for effective lead generation.

- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

- Need to conduct a needs analysis and determine prospect's pain points to determine how the company’s engineering services and solutions will address those needs.

- Need to drive sales strategy to ensure a strong sales pipeline in order to consistently deliver on set targets.
